Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) has been offering undergraduate engineering programs since the establishment of West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT) in 2001 (now renamed Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, MAKAUT). The program aims to provide quality higher education to aspiring young minds while meeting the global demand for highly skilled computer science professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recognizing the need for advanced expertise in computing, the department introduced its postgraduate engineering degree program in 2011. The curriculum is designed to impart both theoretical and practical knowledge in cutting-edge areas of computer science, preparing students for research, innovation, industry leadership, and entrepreneurship.
